Returns and Refunds Policy for My Husband’s Idea:

At My Husband’s Idea, we take pride in the quality of our handmade arts and crafts, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds:

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage or defect. If approved, we will provide you with a return address and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund.
